What if I don't like the platform after purchase?

We are sure that this would be a rare scenario since you would have already experienced the free preview before purchase.

However, if you still don't like the platform, you can send us an email within 7 days of purchase and we shall refund the subscription fee without any questions.

We have a no refund policy for requests raised after 7 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to hello@rohitkatiyar.pro with the following information:

- Your full name - Email address used for purchase - Date of purchase - Reason for refund request - Transaction ID or payment reference number (if available)

We will process your refund request within 5-7 business days after receiving your email. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation of your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
