  3. How quickly can we test hypotheses with the current development cycle? Lean works best when teams can move quickly through build-measure-learn loops. Product managers need to ensure that their teams can test, learn, and iterate fast.

  4. What is our MVP, and is it too minimal? Ensure that the MVP provides enough value to users so that they can provide meaningful feedback. Avoid the "burnt pizza" scenario, where a poor-quality MVP leads to invalid conclusions about the product’s potential.
